Just off Chatham St. on S. Academy in Cary, you'll find a little white house with a teal door. Inside, prepare to experience the most joyful cup of coffee in town. Esteamed Coffee is a non-profit coffee shop and café located in Cary, NC. Their mission is to lower the unemployment rate and increase the quality of life for adults with intellectual, developmental, communication, and/or visual disabilities by creating meaningful jobs and social opportunities in a warm, supportive environment. Call for Artists!
The Apex Public Art Committee is looking for artists! The White Oak Creek Greenway is in need of a mural. The mural shall be an original work of art specifically designed for the location and have a “nature” theme. This area of town is part of a study to develop a conservation management plan to protect and enhance our natural environment and water supply as White Oak Creek feeds Jordan Lake.  The selected artist will design the image with input from a subset of the Public Art Committee and after approval from the Town of Apex will install/paint the mural. The Apex Public Art Committee reserves the right to request additional information from each individual artist. Click here for more info and application details!

Bond Brothers Participates in The Many Faces Initiative
A paid, ten-week, brewery internship program designed to provide opportunities to people of color in the brewing industry. The Many Faces Initiative was founded with the purpose of fostering diversity and inclusivity within the craft brewing industry. In 2020, the Many Faces Initiative raised funds for the North Carolina Brewers Guild’s Diversity Scholarship Program through Town Brewing Co.’s release of Many Faces West Coast IPA. READ MORE HERE
