Apex Wraps Up National Parks and Recreation Month with Two Fun Events!
Rhythm & Reels ~  Summer Music and Movies will feature The Parent Trap on Saturday July 20th.
Events are held at the Apex Nature Park Amphitheatre (2600 Evans Road.) Load up the family, lawn chairs, blankets, a picnic dinner and show up early for good seats! No pets or alcohol allowed. Rhythm and Reels continues through the month of August as well. Check out the full schedule and details HERE.
Peak-A-Palooza ~  July 25, 2024
Celebrate National Park and Recreation Month with us at Peak-A-Palooza! Join us at the John M. Brown Community Center and Town Campus courtyard for an unforgettable evening. The fun will include:

• Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf

• All Ages Pickleball Clinic (spots limited, must pre-register here)

• Drum Circle from One Tribe

• Raleigh Bubbleman

• Free popsicles from LocoPops (while supplies last)

• Refreshments for purchase from The Busy B.e.e. food truck

Shibumi and Two Roosters collaborate for a fun new ice cream flavor!
If you don’t know what a Shibumi is, take a trip to any of the North Carolina beaches and you will see hundreds of them. The cobalt blue and aqua colored sheets flapping in the wind (quietly flapping if you have the new quiet version) are everywhere. What does the name mean? It’s a Japanese word that means effortless perfection and it also an ode to the founders apartment complex in college. Two Roosters and Shibumi teamed up this month to create “Shibumi Blue Moon” ice cream. The blue color will remind you of the Shibumi Shade and the light citrusy blue ice cream is fun to look at and to eat! They are also hosting a giveaway that you can enter now! Tapyard Raleigh Hosts Jingle in July this weekend
Tapyard Raleigh and Capital City Clauses team up this weekend for Jingle in July. All proceeds go towards the CCC mission to bring joy to children's lives through toys and play. Enjoy the beats from DJ Gummy, live music from Kevin Flinn, savor delicious food from Craft Public House, summer drinks from Kona Big Wave, cool off at the ice cream station, and cheer on the duck races! Festivities are from 4-8pm. Tickets can be purchased here!
