Apex voted at the top again
Apex ranked #7 on the Smart Asset list of most livable small cities in the US. 281 cities with populations between 65,000 and 100,000 people were ranked based on seven factors of livability which included commute times and annual housing costs. Troy, Michigan took the top spot. Read more HERE.

FRATELLI’S DELI IS GETTING CLOSE
The highly anticipated deli posted a week ago that family were in the shop weighing on what kind of coffee to serve. “Coffee + Grammy’s crumb cake… a match made in heaven!” Fans asked for an open date and the response did not include a specific date but they said they are close! Due to delays during construction, ownership decided not to speculate about an open date until they are 100% certain. Follow them on Instagram @Fratellisdeliapex

NC STATE INTRODUCES ONEPACK EMPOWERED
OnePack Empowered is a new University initiative that supports and empowers students with executive functioning challenges and those who are neurodivergent. Thanks to a generous donation from Dave and Sara Doeren, the program seeks to empower students with learning differences. Read more here.
