Festa Italiana Is Almost Here!
Festa Italiana North Carolina was founded by a small group of Italian - Americans in the Triangle. Proud of their heritage and nostalgic for the Italian Street Festivals they grew up with, they organized the first ever Festa Italiana in 2018. Since then it has become a much anticipated annual event celebrating Italian culture, music, food, wine and more.
In the spirit of the generosity of the Italian American community, Festa Italiana North Carolina raises thousands of dollars each year to support the work of local charities with the support of our sponsors and vendor fees.

Our 32nd Anniversary Tour showcases talent from Ukraine, London, Italy, Kazakhstan, Japan, and more, promising an unforgettable experience. Auditions welcome student dancers aged 6-17, regardless of technical level. There’s a role suited for everyone, whether it’s as Party Children, Mice, Snowflakes, Snow Maidens, or Variations! Seize the opportunity to shine under the spotlight and sign up now!

Ava and Ella with their moms in Downtown Apex!
Ava and Ella are fundraising for the Apex High School Band! How did they end up in The Scoop? I walked by them in downtown Apex and they told me all about it! We bought a Go Play Save in the Triangle coupon book and it’s pretty awesome. There’s A LOT of savings to be had in the Triangle because our local businesses love our local high schools!

They are also hosting a mattress fundraiser on Saturday, September 14th from 10am-4pm!, so if your back hurts, you need to fix that by supporting the band!
