For Whiskey Wednesday we are featuring a cocktail recipe from Remedy Cocktail Co.
We met the owners at the Holly Springs Farmers Market and fell in love with them and their product. Check out their website here for products and recipes! In the meantime, make this one tonight! It’s not whiskey but it’s a good one.
Nordic Summer We found the original specs for the nordic summer to be overly tart, so in our version we have reduced the lime juice by half and added our Lime & Sea Salt Bitters. Smooth, lightly herbal, and refreshing this cocktail is the perfect remedy to any summer day, nordic or otherwise.
Ingredients
2 oz Aquavit
1 oz Aperol
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 dashes Remedy Cocktail Company Lime & Sea Salt Bitters
Garnish:
Lime Wheel OR
Lemon Peel
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass without ice.
